central park apartment
The view of this amazing one-bedroom apartment overlooking Central Park makes it very special. The apartment was bought in 2008 and it had never been renovated. The owners wanted to fully renovate the bathroom, change the kitchen's floor and backsplash, as well as fix the lighting and the popcorn ceiling.
The gut renovation in the bathroom included plumbing and electrical changes, as well as removing the shower enclosure. The ceramic and finishes used were mostly white, so a sense of space could be created. According to the owner’s classic taste, HoC chose to work with a ceramic that has a marble look. All the bathroom fixtures were changed.
The entire renovation took 3 weeks and it was enough to create a fresh look to this gorgeous apartment.
