This large 3 bathroom and 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the UWS was originally 2 apartments combined, with different finishes. The buiding was built in 1985, and the apartment's finishes had this 80's vibe. The new owner wanted a clean, yet sophisticated style. The highlights in terms of finishes are the green terrazzo used as a countertop in the kitchen and the herringbone oak wood used in the floor.
